Return Policy


You can return eligible items within 7 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required. Monogrammed items and Made to Order furniture or rugs are not eligible for returns. Review the full list of ineligible items and our refund policy below before starting the process.

  • Items non-eligible for returns or exchanges:
  • Gift cards
  • Made to Order items, including custom rugs and furniture
  • Final sale items (with prices ending in $.X8)
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear

 

Refund Policy

If there is a quality-related issue, please email or message us some pictures/videos of the product within 7 days after you received it.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days(normally is in 5-10 days), depending on your card issuer's policies.

 

If there is no quality-related issue but you are still not satisfied with your purchase,  you can still email or message us about what kind of problem that you're having with the products within 7 days after you received it.

If it is reasonable, we also will advise the solution of refund or partial refund, but this refund will however be issued at the discretion of Chillandslay, your understanding would be highly appreciated.

 

 

**Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
